Study Group
I just saw that the new study group will be meeting in Easley! Is this for real? I live in Simpsonville, and Easley seems too far away. Aren't there any closer businesses that would let us use their facility in the evenings?

Re: Study Group
I can confirm this is for real, but Joe will have to respond about the location choice.

By the way, how long would it take you to get to CSI from your office?

Re: Study Group

Yes, it is currently scheduled for Easley.  A large number of the attendees are from CSI, including myself. At the time this was decided, we only had one session planned. Since we now have 2 sessions planned, I am open to the Thursday night meeting (C#) being held somewhere else.  The VB.NET location is not negotiable for this session.

If someone has a room where up to 20 people can congregate and that is within a couple minutes of I85 in Greenville, please let me know ASAP.  If we are going to change venue, we need to do it quickly.

Re: Study Group
I went to the SQL Server User's group meeting Tuesday evening, at the ECPI building on I385. I talked with the EPI rep there, and she said we could meet there. They have a very nice facility. I feel this is more central to all the users in the area. I personally live in Simpsonville, and Easley is too far for this class for me. Also, if we can host it in Greenville, my comapny wants to send several other employees. Please let me know if we can host it at ECPI. I have the contact info if you want it.

Thanks,

Re: Study Group

Out of curiosity, how long it would take for you to get from your house or work to CSI in Easley?
